Refund & Returns

At Akasha we offer a free 12 month manufacturing warranty on all pieces from the date of purchase. Products deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect may be repaired, refunded or recreated by Akasha at no cost. The cost of return shipping is not included.

If you believe your piece contains a manufacturing fault, please reach out via akashaajewelry@gmail.com. Include your order number or proof of purchase and, if possible, imagery of the concern.

The following are not deemed manufacturing errors and are not covered:

• Theft or loss
• Dents, abrasions, or scratches on settings or gem due to everyday wear
• Chips, scratches, nicks, or breakages on gemstones due to accidents or wear
• Pits or holes in settings from exposure to corrosive chemicals
• Discoloration of metals from chemicals, makeup, chlorine exposure, or bathing
• Normal wear leading to metal wear down, requiring restoration

At Akasha we prioritise customer satisfaction and handle returns on a case-by-case basis.

• Order changes and cancellations must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
• Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving your piece to initiate the process.

Akasha will not be held responsible for refunds or returns due to the customer having a change of mind. Akasha does not offer exchanges due to pieces being purchased on a custom or made to order basis.
